My name is Rachel Forbush, and I will capture these moments for you. Have you ever looked back on a time in your life and wished you had more pictures that documented the feelings and experiences you were going through? I have.
When my daughter was born I decided that I wanted to remember her exactly the way she was...forever. So I started taking pictures of her. And I haven't stopped. This is the story of my life. I have always been behind the camera, and I don't plan to ever stop. There is something to be seen in a face when it is not on show. A person's true identity becomes visible, if only for a moment. One moment is all it takes, but if you miss it, it is gone (at least until the next moment!).
When I take pictures of someone, I want their personality and their identity to be seen. Every emotion has beauty in it, and it is reflected in the face and in the body...let me find the beauty in you.
